  • Cornflour120 g
  • Lemon juice1 tbsp
  • Rose water2 tbsp
  • Icing sugar4 tbsp

Method

  1. SyrupBoil sugar, lemon and some water to 115C.
  2. StarchCook cornflour with the rest of the water.
  3. CookWhisk together and cook on low 1 hour until thick; add rose water.
  4. SetPour into a starched tin, set and cut; dust with sugar.
