Method

  1. BaseMake hogao: cook tomato and spring onion with garlic, cumin and achiote in oil until jammy. Add water and coconut milk.
  2. VegAdd plantain, corn, yuca and potatoes; cook 40 minutes.
  3. FishAdd the fish for the last 12 minutes.
  4. ServeFinish with cilantro; serve with rice.
