Method
- AchuBoil the cocoyams with a plantain and pound until smooth and elastic; shape into a well.
- MeatBoil the tripe 2 1/2 hours.
- Yellow soupPour the limestone water into the palm oil and stir until it turns into a bright yellow emulsion; stir in stock and spices.
