Method

  1. BaseSimmer the legumes with turmeric and water.
  2. PomAdd pomegranate juice and rice.
  3. HerbsAdd chopped herbs; simmer 45 minutes.
  4. TopGarnish with kashk, fried onion, garlic and mint oil (nana dagh).
