Method
- AiyashCook the flour in water, stirring, 20 minutes into a thick soft porridge (softer than boule).
- SauceFry onion, garlic and chilli in oil; add tomatoes and cook to a thick sauce. Add okra and cook 12 minutes until slimy and thick.
- ServeServe with the sauce.
