Method
- ShellSoak the bulgur in hot water 20 minutes, squeeze, then knead with the shell beef and salt 10 minutes to a smooth paste.
- FillingFry the filling mince with onion and spices 10 minutes; add walnuts and parsley and cool.
- ShapeHollow egg-size balls of shell with your finger, fill and close into pointed ovals.
- BoilPoach in salted water 10 minutes and serve with butter.
