Method

  1. MeatballsMix the mince with half the crushed garlic, the egg, cinnamon and salt and roll small balls.
  2. BaseBrown the lamb with the remaining garlic, add 4 cups water and simmer 45 minutes.
  3. FinishAdd the meatballs and chickpeas and cook 25 minutes until the sauce reduces.
