Method
- PastaKnead a firm dough, roll it very thin and cut into small squares, then dry them slightly.
- SauceBrown the onions, add the chicken, paste, cinnamon, chickpeas and 6 cups water and simmer 35 minutes.
- SteamSteam the squares 20 minutes, sprinkle with broth, steam 15 minutes more.
- ServeButter the trida and ladle the sauce over.
