Method

  1. BaseFry the onion, garlic and chilli in the oil until soft and golden; crumble in the stock cube.
  2. MeatBoil the beans until tender (45 minutes) and add.
  3. SauceWhisk the peanut paste and tomato paste with the water; add to the pot and simmer 40 minutes, stirring, until thick and the oil rises.
  4. ServeServe with white rice or fonio.
