Method

  1. HollowCut lids and scoop out vegetables; chop the pulp.
  2. FillingMix rice with pulp, onion, herbs, oil and seasoning.
  3. StuffFill vegetables three-quarters; replace lids; tuck potatoes around.
  4. BakeBake at 180C for 1 1/2 hours.
