  • Dried mint2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds80 g

Method

  1. DoughKnead dough with mahlepi and mastic; rise.
  2. FillingMix cheeses with semolina, eggs, raisins, mint and a little yeast; rest overnight.
  3. ShapeFill squares, fold edges up and press; coat in sesame.
  4. BakeBake at 180C for 30 minutes.
