Method
- UbugaliBring 1.2 L water to a boil, add the flour gradually and stir hard with a wooden paddle 10 minutes until a smooth, stiff dough; shape into a mound.
- SauceFry onion, garlic and chilli in oil; add tomatoes and cook to a thick sauce.
