  • Oil for frying250 ml

  • Bzar (Gulf spice mix)2 tbsp
  • Loomi (dried black lime), pierced2
  • Cinnamon stick1

Method

  1. OnionFry the onion in ghee.
  2. FlavourFry the fish separately and lay it on the rice for the last 10 minutes.
  3. CookAdd the rice and water, cover and cook 20 minutes.
  4. RestRest 5 minutes and fluff.
