Method
- DoughKnead the dough ingredients to a soft sticky dough and rise 1 1/2 hours.
- GlazeBoil the glaze ingredients to a thin paste and cool.
- ShapePress into a large oval on a tray, brush with glaze and press deep grooves with your fingertips.
- BakeBake in a tonir or at 250C on a hot stone for 18 minutes.
