Method

  1. FillingBlanch the cut beef 1 minute in boiling water, drain, then mix with onions softened in the fat, spices, spring onion and chopped egg.
  2. CoolCool the filling completely so the pastry stays crisp.
  3. FillPut a spoonful on each disc, fold into a half-moon and seal with a twisted repulgue edge.
  4. BakeBrush with egg. Bake at 230C for 12 minutes.
