Method
- PeasBoil the peas until just tender.
- MeatBoil the beef and pig tail 45 minutes; brown with the chicken.
- RiceAdd rice, coconut milk, water, thyme and the whole pepper; cover and cook on low 25 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
- ServeServe with fried fish, chicken or cucumber sour — a Saturday and New Year's Eve favourite.
