  • Goat meat, cubed1.2 kg
  • Potatoes, diced500 g

Method

  1. BaseHeat the oil; fry the onion, garlic, pepper and green seasoning until fragrant.
  2. CurryMix curry powder with a little water to a paste; fry it in the hot oil until dark and fragrant; add the protein, turn to coat, add water and simmer.
  3. CookSimmer 2 hours; add potatoes for the last 25 minutes.
  4. ServeFinish with a pinch of geera; serve with rice or roti.
