Method

  1. MarinateRub the fish with lime, garlic, onion, chilli and seasoning; marinate 2 hours.
  2. GrillGrill over hot charcoal, turning and basting with oil, until charred and cooked through (fish 8–10 minutes a side; meat 20–35 minutes).
