Method

  1. SeasonSeason the fish with lime, garlic and salt.
  2. BaseFry the onion, garlic and chilli in the oil until soft and golden; crumble in the stock cube.
  3. SauceAdd tomatoes, paste and bay; simmer 25 minutes into a thick sauce.
  4. AddLay in the fish; simmer 15 minutes.
  5. ServeServe with white rice (arroz branco).
