Method

  1. SeasonRub with green seasoning: blended onion, garlic, chives, thyme, parsley, chadon beni, pepper and lime. Marinate 1 hour.
  2. SauceFry onion and peppers in oil; add tomato and paste; simmer to a creole sauce.
  3. CookAdd the main ingredient; simmer 10 minutes (dasheen pre-boiled).
