Method
- RiceCook white rice.
- BaseFry onion, garlic and chilli; add tomatoes and cook to a thick base.
- SauceStir in peanut paste and tomato paste thinned with water; simmer 30 minutes until the oil rises (sauce arachide).
- MainBrown the chicken and simmer in the sauce 35 minutes.
