Method

  1. PastryRub fat into flour and salt, add ice water, chill 30 minutes; line a pie dish.
  2. LayerLayer meats, potatoes and pastry sheets in a deep pot, three layers high.
  3. StockPour in stock to cover.
  4. BakeBake covered at 180C for 1 hour, then 150C for 3 hours.
