Ingredients

  • Bitterleaf (ndolé), washed500 g
  • Raw peanuts, boiled and ground400 g
  • Onions2
  • Garlic cloves4
  • Ginger1 thumb
  • Crayfish, ground2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil150 ml
  • Water1 L

  • Beef, cubed and pre-cooked700 g

Method

  1. LeavesBoil and wash the bitterleaf several times to reduce bitterness; squeeze dry.
  2. PeanutsSimmer the ground peanut paste with water, onion, garlic and ginger 30 minutes, stirring.
  3. CombineAdd the protein, crayfish and leaves; simmer 15 minutes.
  4. FinishFry sliced onion in hot oil and pour over.
