Method

  1. BaseFry onion, tomato and chilli in shea butter; add soumbala.
  2. MeatBrown the lamb and simmer 1 1/4 hours.
  3. SauceAdd water. Stir in the peanut paste thinned with water and simmer 20 minutes until oil rises.
  4. ServeServe with tô, rice or couscous.
