Method

  1. ChowderFry the salt pork, add onion, celery and carrot, then tomatoes, paste, thyme, goat pepper and stock; simmer with the potatoes 25 minutes.
  2. SeafoodAdd the conch for 25 minutes, then fish and shrimp for 6 minutes.
