Method

  1. DoughRub the butter into flour, add quark and salt; chill 1 hour.
  2. FillRoll 3 mm, cut 8 cm squares, add jam and fold into triangles.
  3. BakeBrush with egg and bake at 200C for 15 minutes.
  4. ServeDust with icing sugar.
