Method
- DoughKnead the flour, eggs, water and salt to a stiff dough; rest 30 minutes.
- CutRoll thin, cut thin noodles and dry on a cloth several hours.
- ToastToast the dry noodles in a dry pan until golden.
- BoilBoil in salted water 6 to 8 minutes and drain.
- ServeToss with butter and serve with garlic matsun.
