Method

  1. MarinateRub the chicken with garlic, lemon juice and salt and rest 30 minutes.
  2. BrownFry the chicken in the palm oil until coloured, then add the onions.
  3. SimmerAdd the tomatoes, chilli and 2 cups water and cook 30 minutes.
  4. VegetablesAdd the pumpkin, then the okra for the last 12 minutes so it keeps its shape.
  5. ServeServe with funge or rice.
