  • Sugar1.5 cups
  • Boiled potato or sweet potato1 small
  • Egg1
  • Pine nuts1.5 cups
  • Lemon zest1 tsp

Method

  1. MarzipanMash the potato and work it with the almonds, sugar and zest into a firm paste, then rest 2 hours.
  2. ShapeRoll small balls.
  3. CoatBrush with beaten egg and press pine nuts all over.
  4. BakeBake at 200C for 10 minutes only, until the nuts colour.
