Method

  1. SearFry onions in ghee; sear the meat with ginger-garlic and nihari masala.
  2. Slow cookAdd water; cook very slowly overnight (6–8 hours).
  3. ThickenThicken with flour slurry; garnish with ginger, lemon and coriander.
