Method
- BaseSauté the onion in the oil; add the epis, thyme, cloves and whole pepper and cook 2 minutes.
- VegAdd the vegetables with the tomato paste and a little water; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
- MashMash everything into a thick, rich vegetable stew.
- ServeServe with white rice, diri kole or mayi moulen.
