Method
- SeasonSeason the fish with lime, garlic and salt.
- BaseSauté the onion in the oil; add the epis, thyme, cloves and whole pepper and cook 2 minutes.
- SaucePour in the coconut milk; simmer 15 minutes.
- AddLay in the fish; simmer 15 minutes.
- ServeServe with diri kole or white rice.
