Method

  1. SeasonSeason the crab with lime, garlic and salt.
  2. BaseFry the onion, garlic and chilli in the oil until soft and golden; crumble in the stock cube.
  3. SauceAdd okra and palm oil; simmer 15 minutes until thick and silky.
  4. AddAdd the crab; simmer 20 minutes.
  5. ServeServe with white rice.
