Method

  1. SauceFry onion, garlic and chilli in oil; add tomatoes and cook to a thick sauce.
  2. BeansSimmer the beans 1 1/2 hours until soft.
  3. CombineAdd the beans to the sauce and simmer 20 minutes.
  4. FinishAdd the green plantains and cook until tender.
