  • Plain flour2 tbsp

  • Water or fish stock1 L
  • Salt1 1/2 tsp

Method

  1. BaseSoften onion and celery in butter; stir in flour.
  2. SimmerAdd stock, potatoes and carrot and simmer 15 minutes.
  3. SeafoodAdd the diced tenderised conch and simmer 30 minutes.
  4. FinishAdd coconut milk and milk and heat through.
