Method
- BoilBoil the rice 8 minutes and drain.
- SyrupWarm the date syrup with ghee, saffron, cardamom and rose water.
- SteamMix into the rice and steam covered on low 25 minutes until sweet and brown.
- FishRub the fish with bzar and lemon and grill 8 minutes per side.
