- Butter, melted125 g
- Sweetened condensed milk395 g
- Lemon juice1/3 cup
- Gelatine3 tsp
- Hot water1/3 cup
- Raspberry jelly crystals85 g
- Boiling water1 cup
- Cold water1 cup
Method
- BaseMix crushed biscuits and butter, press into a tin and chill 20 minutes.
- FillingDissolve the gelatine in hot water, mix with condensed milk and lemon, pour over the base and chill 1 hour.
- JellyDissolve the jelly in boiling water, add cold water and cool to room temperature.
- SetPour gently over and chill 4 hours until set.
