  • Paprika2 tsp

  • Egg, beaten1

Method

  1. FillingCook the onions 10 minutes, add the beef and paprika for 8 minutes, then the boiled potato and raisins.
  2. CoolCool the filling completely so the pastry stays crisp.
  3. FillPut a spoonful on each disc, fold into a half-moon and seal with a twisted repulgue edge.
  4. BakeBrush with egg. Bake at 220C for 15 minutes and dust with sugar while hot.
