Ingredients

- 2 cloves Garlic

- to taste Hotsauce
- to taste Tomato Ketchup

Method
- Preheat the oven — Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry all produce.
- Continue cooking — Cut sweet potatoes into ½-inch-thick wedges. Toss on a baking sheet with a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper.
