Honey Cookies

Ingredients

• 50g Honey
• 300ml Rye Flour
• 100ml Water

Method

1. Add ingredients — Dissolve honey into water Add flour. Let set a few minutes.
2. Mix together — Knead the mixture for a short time. Using a teaspoon, form the dough into round buns/cakes and place on the greased or baking paper-lined oven plate
3. Bake — Bake at 200 C for 10-15 minutes
